About us

Kas zvanīja (“Who called”) is a free Latvian service that helps you find out who an unknown phone number belongs to and whether it is safe. Our goal is to reduce phone fraud by letting people share their experience with specific numbers.

On every number page we combine user reviews with technical details: the standard number class, the originally allocated operator when available and the region for fixed lines. The service is available in Latvian, Russian and English.

We believe in open information — everything is visible free of charge, with no app download required.
