What data we process

The site publishes user reviews and ratings of phone numbers. The canonical unit is the phone number, not a specific person — we do not build profiles of individuals and we do not index people's names.

• Phone numbers that users have searched for or rated.
• User comments and ratings (Dangerous/Annoying/Neutral/Useful).
• Technical information (e.g. request time, an IP hash used to prevent abuse).

Legal basis

Data processing is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — giving the public a way to recognize spam and scam calls. We have carried out a balancing-of-interests test. We do not harvest or resell data.

Retention periods

Comments are stored while published or until an approved removal request. The IP hash used for the search-activation quota becomes eligible for deletion 15 minutes after the last request. Anonymous daily search aggregates are retained for 31 Latvia calendar days. Other IP hashes used to prevent abuse are kept for no longer than 12 months. Removal requests are handled within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, object to its processing and request its erasure. If you own a number and want it taken down, use the “Number removal” page. We honor justified requests.

Comment moderation

Comments are automatically screened for personal data when submitted. Ordinary text publishes immediately. Comments containing a private person's full name, address, contact details, or other protected data are held for an additional check. You can report any published comment.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show personalized ads. For visitors from the EEA we use a Google-certified consent management platform (IAB TCF 2.2). You can manage your consent at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
